Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Since some of our products highly breakable, we use corrugated boxes with organic cushioning to ensure safety. Delivery charges include packaging charges and only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of us is borne by us.

All Delhi NCR orders are dispatched and delivered within 4 - 10 days of order confirmation. Orders for Rest of India are delivered in 7 - 21  working days from the date of order. Orders may arrive even sooner if items are in stock and ready to ship. Customizations, especially for wooden products like color changes and nameplates, may require additional time.

Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail upon dispatch of your order.   

Return Policy

We have a very flexible and customer friendly return policy. We try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can.

We welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
  • If you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Note – We request you to make an unboxing video while opening the box/packet for timely resolution of any queries.

Note - No returns will be accepted for items in clearance sale.

In the case of breakage or any transit damage, please send a picture of the product via Whatsapp to below numbers and it will be taken care of immediately.

Return Process

  1. Our return policy is applicable within 5 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at handmademagicbyneha@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Please send us images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on handmademagicbyneha@gmail.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
  3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 business days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, you can send the items back to our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our place, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
  4. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

Points to remember -  Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, accessories, manuals, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.  The product should be unused and in the original condition.

 

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed within 7 - 21 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. 

All the prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account.

As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-

NOTE - ANY RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER WILL SOLELY BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. REFUNDS AGAINST SUCH ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER SETTING OFF SHIPPING CHARGES (FORWARD AND RETURN).
