1.2. PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR AVAILING ANY SERVICES ON ANY ASSET OF HANDMADE MAGIC. ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH ANY OTHER ASSET SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUPPLY TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME. IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, YOU SHALL ALSO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE, PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS BY THE VENDOR, OR ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE DISPLAYED WITH THE SELECTION OF THE PRODUCT, IF ANY ("ADDITIONAL TERMS"). IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE SUPPLY TERMS AND THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, THE ADDITIONAL TERMS SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE IN RELATION TO THAT SALE.

2.1. HandmadeMagic Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change or discontinue any service at any time, without notice. HandmadeMagic.in may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes, or conditions of purchase at any time. HandmadeMagic.in shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any aspect of the services.

3. PRODUCT

3.1. HandmadeMagic.in enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company's policy, which may be changed by HandmadeMagic.in from time to time.

3.2 Display Images are clicked in a Studio and by the professional camera so there will always be slight difference in the actual product. And, for better understanding of the product customer can request for the images and videos of the product.

3.3. In case you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team at +91 9818313324 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at handmademagicbyneha@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed, and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced, or other corrective measures may be taken to address the issue.

3.4. If the product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and a refund request will be raised. For paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.

4. SERVICES

4.1. You are responsible for your own actions in utilizing the products purchased. HandmadeMagic.in shall not be liable for any such actions.

4.2. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under applicable laws in India.

4.3. HandmadeMagic.in shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payment of consideration towards the products purchased on the website.

5. PRICING INFORMATION

5.1. The pricing information relating to the product shall be disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.

5.2. HandmadeMagic.in does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in any region. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to you.

5.3. While HandmadeMagic.in strives to provide accurate information, typographical and other errors may occur. If a product or service is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to an error, HandmadeMagic.in may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If HandmadeMagic.in cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the entire amount will be refunded to your account.

You may be required to provide your credit or debit card details to approved payment gateways while making the payment. You agree to provide correct and accurate details to the payment gateways. The information provided will not be shared with any third party unless required for fraud verification or by law. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your card details. HandmadeMagic.in disclaims all liabilities arising from any unauthorized use of your card.

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

Your shipping address and pin code will be verified before payment. If your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we may request an alternate shipping address. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment, HandmadeMagic.in will not be responsible for non-delivery. Multiple orders may not always be shipped together.

10. WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS

Standard warranties and conditions for product usage apply. Claims not adhering to these conditions will not be entertained. Please refer details on our website on the usage details. 

HandmadeMagic.in shall not entertain any complaints after 5 days, once the order is delivered.

11. INDEMNIFICATIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HandmadeMagic from any losses, claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from any breach of these terms or additional terms.

11.2. In no event shall HandmadeMagic be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits. HandmadeMagic liability shall be limited to the refund of the amount charged for the product.

12. GOVERNING LAW

12.1. These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and HandmadeMagic shall be governed by the laws of India.

12.2. All disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or transactions on HandmadeMagic.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palwal, Haryana.

13. GENERAL TERMS FOR OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, CONTESTS

13.1. HandmadeMagic.in may introduce various offers, promotions, and contests. The terms for these shall be separately outlined, and HandmadeMagic.in reserves the right to modify them at any time.

13.2. By participating, you agree to release HandmadeMagic.in from any claims or demands.

13.3. Winners will be decided by HandmadeMagic.in, and the decision will be binding.

13.4. Personal information collected during contests will be kept confidential and used for marketing and promotional activities, subject to your communication preferences.

13.5. All other terms on the website not in conflict with these terms shall prevail.

13.6. Disputes related to contests are subject to arbitration and jurisdiction of the Courts of Palwal.

13.7. Contests are void where prohibited by law.

14. PRIORITY SHIPPING

14.1. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost, varying based on the product and shipping pin-code.
